By placing an order on this website you agree to the following terms of sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to read every piece of information contained within our pages.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
We provide a 30 day warranty on software issues only if and only if the iPhone was purchased on this website and the discrepancy was a result of the unlocking or activation process. Accidental relocks and other software related issues is covered under our 1 year extendended warranty which can be purchased on this website.

HARDWARE WARRANTY
If it is determined that the issue you are having cannot be fixed via software, the buyer has to contact Apple Computers directly to discuss warranty needs. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A HARDWARE WARRANTY at this time. The buyer agrees to consult with the manufacturer directly in case of a hardware problem.

IT DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL RELOCK OF YOUR iPHONE BY UPGRADING VIA iTUNES OR BY OTHER MEANS.

Purchasing multiple iPhones
If you are purchasing more than ONE iPhone from this site, you are subjected to different purchasing rules. In order to keep the fraudsters away and for the security and protection of our business we ask that you provide the following when placing multiple orders (ABSOLUTE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!): 
1. Provide a copy of your Drivers license/ID with all information clearly visible (back and front sides).
2. Provide a copy of the credit or ATM card you intend to use to make the purchase
 (black out all of the numbers except for the last 4 - do not copy the back side of the card).
3. A recent bank statement with the current balance clearly showing (black out all account numbers).  
4. Business owners must provide a copy of their business license or Tax ID.
