WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY
COVER?
This warranty coves any software related defects, glitches, or "bugs" that
may be caused by our software unlock process as well as 3rd party software
installed by the iPhone user. Additionally it covers accidental "relocks"
and lock ups of the system firmware by upgrading the firmware using iTunes
(considering an unlock solution is available at the time). We also cover any
special software requests such as installing 3rd party software, games,
gadgets, applications etc. In a nutshell it covers anything software related
that goes on in the iPhone. Recovering a software "bricked" iPhone is
covered with a $50 co-pay.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
1 year from the day the warranty is purchased independent from the purchase
date of the actual iPhone.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
Any Hardware related issues and defects for example iPhone buttons jammed,
telecom board is malfunctioning, SIM tray is damaged. Any of the above
mentioned hardware issues are covered by the Apple 1 year manufacturer
warranty. (Virginizing of the iPhone is necessary to take advantage of the 1
year manufacturer warranty).
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Konig International LLC customers who have purchased an iPhone either on
this website or ebay (local customers are eligible too). iPhones must have
been paid via Paypal or Google checkout or local cash currency.
